Cameras drift out of focus, lenses collect dust, hard disks fill up or fail, detectors get painted over, batteries age and readers stop responding. None of it announces itself — it is discovered at the worst possible moment.
An annual maintenance contract puts a schedule against all of it, with a team that already knows your site.
DK System also provides service contracts for existing systems — including fire alarm systems that were installed by someone else.

Inside the contract
Preventive Maintenance Visits
Scheduled visits through the year — cleaning and refocusing cameras, checking recording and retention, testing detectors and call points, verifying readers, locks and exit devices, and checking power supplies and batteries.
Priority Service Calls
Contract customers are attended ahead of one-off calls. When something fails, the response is already agreed rather than negotiated.

A single contract can cover every system on the site, whoever originally supplied it.
